What will I do? 

Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across multiple outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurants, bars and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!  The hotel has a very busy, high volume F&B operation so you will need to manage your teams effectively to ensure standards are high and at the forefront. 

Is this the role for me? 

  • Previous experience within a food & beverage department within a hotel or similar 
  • Experience managing very busy, multi faceted outlets
  • People management experience 
  • Quality & standards driven 
  • Outstanding customer service skills 
  • Strong knowledge on all things food & beverage!

Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. The dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
