What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the face of Slim Chickens outside our Leicester Square restaurant — engaging with the crowds, sharing samples or offers, chatting with tourists and locals, and driving that all-important footfall. You’ll embody the energy, warmth, and Southern hospitality that Slims is famous for.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people person – confident, friendly, and full of energy
• Someone who loves being outdoors and thrives in a busy environment
• A great communicator who can bring the Slims vibe to life
• Ideally, hospitality or retail experience (but attitude is everything!)
