The Assistant Restaurant Manager will plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in Helena's our all-day dining restaurant, while ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to enhance offerings and maintain consistency.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing financial performance, including cost control and revenue enhancement initiatives.
