Key Job Responsibilities:
- Offer all guests the highest level of customer service to all guests in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable about current promotions, rate plans, and procedures
- Conduct daily handovers with the Reservations Manager and update on KPI progress
- Ensure the no-show and late cancellations procedures are followed
- Ensure commission invoices are received and presented to the Accounts department for payment in a timely manner
- Understanding of different OTA booking engines
- Implementation of correct rate positioning in each segment
- Working alongside the Revenue Manager with the implementations of sales plans and conversion that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates and increase volume throughout The Sloane Estate
- Coordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at the national and international level
