Senior Sous Chef

Description

Senior Sous Chef

Introduction to the site and the Senior Sous Chef role

Smokehouse opened in 2013 to rave reviews and has continued to build a loyal following of meat lovers ever since. We work with the best farms in the UK and butcher our meat on site to create a daily changing blackboard bursting with coal-grilled prime cuts and slow smoked specialities. We receive our fish from small day boats off the south coast of England and only use the best produce available.
We have a changing wall of beer featuring 20 taps of craft beer and we source wine from family owned vineyards only.

You will need to be confident enough to handle all sections, train junior staff and have a desire to develop new skills whilst working as part of a team. So, if you’re ambitious Senior Sous Chef who’s looking for your next opportunity and a chance to tangibly progress your career, this is the perfect place for you.
