Smoking Goat is an open fire Thai Barbecue restaurant and bar. We cook food influenced by the street food of Bangkok through to the laab stalls of northern Thailand.
We are a busy restaurant that works closely with a number of exceptional farmers and a menu which changes daily. We have a focus on interesting beers on tap & sharing bottles, natural wines, and an ever growing collection of vinyl records.We welcome applicants from those looking to develop and be inspired. Experience in Thai cuisine is not essential but a desire to learn and be part of a strong team-focussed restaurant is expected.
As a company we like to focus on promoting from within, at Smoking Goat you'll be working as part of a settled team, with Sous Chefs, CDPs and Managers who started with us as KPs & FOH.
