Description
Smoking Goat is an open fire Thai Barbecue restaurant and bar. We cook food influenced by the street food of Bangkok through to the laab stalls of northern Thailand.We are a busy restaurant that works closely with a number of exceptional farmers and a menu which changes daily. We have a focus on interesting beers on tap & sharing bottles, natural wines, and an ever growing collection of vinyl records.
We are looking for an experienced front of house managers, to join our team. We like to work in a friendly, fast paced environment where research, creativity and new ideas are encouraged from everyone. New dishes are briefed daily and each service we focus on a different wine. The team benefits from visits to our suppliers in Cornwall and Somerset and research trips around the regions of Thailand.
The right candidate will:
- Share this passion for hospitality and have a good knowledge of the industry,
- The ambition to continue to develop their knowledge and grow in their career with us.
- Demonstrated experience of team training and development,
- Confident with shift management and running a smooth, busy and engaging service.
