We are a busy and fast-paced restaurant with a focus on quality, collaboration, and fun. From unique beers on tap to natural wines and an ever-growing collection of vinyl records, we are committed to providing an unforgettable dining experience for our guests—and an inspiring workplace for our team.

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef with a passion for food, leadership, and personal development. Whether you're already well-versed in Thai cuisine or eager to learn, we value a strong work ethic and a desire to push the boundaries of what we do every day.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef level within a busy London or city-based restaurant.
  • A strong track record in leading, recruiting, and developing a team, ensuring smooth service in high-volume environments.
  • A calm and confident presence during service, with the ability to maintain the highest standards of food, hospitality, and team culture.
  • A genuine passion for produce, innovative cooking, and the restaurant industry.
