With every meal we serve, we’re dedicated to bettering both the communities we live in and the planet we live on. We donate over $1 million in in-kind donations back to our communities, while striving to divert as much waste as we can through our composting and recycling programs. What does your role bring to the table?
The Vice President of Culinary plays a pivotal leadership role within Snooze and the Operations team. As the primary culinary authority, this position oversees the inspiration of Snooze chefs, drives creative menu development, ensures efficient Heart of House (HOH) operations, and positions Snooze as a culinary leader in the industry. Adaptability to the evolving needs of a rapidly growing business, coupled with the application of culinary and operational expertise to the Snooze landscape is crucial to success in this role. Collaboration across diverse teams, particularly with chefs and the menu innovation team, is essential. This role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, demands strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve objectives with limited resources. Ultimately, the VP of Culinary will play a key role in creating an iconic breakfast experience.
