Job Title: Production Supervisor
Reports To: Store Manager
Purpose: Leading the SOHO Coffee shops Ltd/ to produce food to the specifications set, observing the highest standards of quality and safety and delivering to agreed KPIs on productivity, service fulfilment and profitability.
Principal Accountabilities:
· To deliver first class food production, to developed and agreed specifications, and within requited timescales.
· The management of stock control and margin delivery within the agreed company supply chain through use of the correct systems and controls.
· To be responsible for the implementation of the company food safety management system to ensure as a minimum, legal compliance.
· To be responsible for the health and safety of the production kitchen and for that of the production team whilst on duty.
· To undertake other duties as appropriate within your competencies, as required by your manager.
· To complete successfully all SOHO Coffee shops Ltd courses set and to ensure 100% compliance in team completion.
Requirements:
· Shift patterns (12am to 10am, 3am to 12:30pm, 4am to 13:00pm, 12pm to 9pm)
· 5 year employment/Education reference required
· Basic criminal check required (Paid by SOHO)
· NI Number and ID (Passport/National ID card/Work Permit)
Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:
· Communication – proficient English speaker; able to communicate well orally and in writing
