Job Title: Store Supervisor Airport
Reports To: Store Manager
Purpose: Leading the SOHO Coffee shops Ltd to produce food to the specifications set, observing the highest standards of quality and safety and delivering to agreed KPIs on productivity, service fulfilment and profitability.
Principal Accountabilities:
· To deliver first class food production, to developed and agreed specifications, and within requited timescales.
· The management of stock control and margin delivery within the agreed company supply chain through use of the correct systems and controls.
· To be responsible for the implementation of the company food safety management system to ensure as a minimum, legal compliance.
· To be responsible for the health and safety of the production kitchen and for that of the production team whilst on duty.
· To undertake other duties as appropriate within your competencies, as required by your manager.
· To complete successfully all SOHO Coffee shops Ltd courses set and to ensure 100% compliance in team completion.
Requirements:
· Shift patterns (2am to 12:30pm, 4am to 13:00pm, 12pm to till the last flight (9pm)
· 5 year employment/Education reference required
· Basic criminal check required (Paid by SOHO)
· NI Number and ID (Passport/National ID card/Work Permit)
Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:
· Communication – proficient English speaker; able to communicate well orally and in writing
