Job Title: Supply Chain & Systems Co-ordinator
Location: Cheltenham, Monday to Friday (normal office working hours)
Reporting to: Supply Chain & Systems Manager
Contract Type: Full Time
Job Purpose
To be the supporting role to the Supply Chain & Systems Manager, covering day to day tasks related to suppliers and supply chain. Additionally, they will be the day-to-day contact and support to stores with regards to in store stock management & till systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Inventory coordination – Monitor Brakes stock levels & update stock management systems accordingly in line with sales fluctuations and seasonal menu changes
· Order processing - Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with suppliers
· Logistics support - Assist with delivery schedules, both for internal (CPU & warehouse) & external suppliers, and documentation
· Supply Chain data management - Maintain accurate records, ensure all stock management documents & systems are kept up to date (price changes, par levels, new products additions & delists), and generate routine reports
· EPOS data management – accurately input & maintain product, pricing & promotion data within the EPOS back-office software
· System Maintenance – oversee the day-to-day operation & maintenance of our internal supply chain & EPOS systems
· Supplier communication - Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times, forecasts, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
· Cross department collaboration - Work with development, warehouse, finance, operations and technical teams to support smooth operations.
· Menu launch coordination – support the menu launch process from concept to launch by attending all gate meetings & weekly NPD meetings, supporting NPD by coordinating supplier requests (samples, pricing & technical spec) & launch allocations
· Problem solving - Identify delays or discrepancies and escalate or resolve them promptly.
· Production variance integration - Updating CPU yield sheets (or equivalent) in line with menu changes, supporting to investigate variances & identify solutions
· Store Support - Supporting the stores with any Data Team queries (MCR, Edify & Square)
