As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team with daily operations, lead sections during service, and help ensure our BBQ classics are served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes in line with Bodean’s quality standards
Take responsibility for a section and assist in leading kitchen shifts
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
Assist in training and developing junior chefs
Communicate effectively with the team during busy services
Support with stock checks, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
Passion for quality food, BBQ, and working in a high-energy environment
Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety
A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Organised, calm under pressure, and keen to take the next step in your career
