What you’ll do:
Run your own section (grill, sauté, raw, etc.) to the highest standard
Prepare and cook dishes with precision and consistency
Keep your station clean, safe, and organised
Support, train, and collaborate with fellow chefs
Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years professional kitchen experience (culinary degree a plus)
Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
Strong Australian, and/or Southeast Asian culinary experience preferred
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt when needed
