Prep Chef – Milk Beach, Soho

What you’ll do:
A Prep Chef is responsible for slicing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. You will be responsible for accurately labelling and storing food items in the dry store, fridge or freezer. You will maintain ingredient stocks, and provide essential support to the rest of the kitchen team. You will helps plan and complete the daily kitchen duties according to the Chef’s prep list.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 2 years professional kitchen experience (culinary degree a plus)
Strong Food Hygiene and Safety knowledge & training
Experience with kitchen equipment
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt when needed
