About the job 

  •  You’ll be the custodian of the legendary Lucky Voice experience, ensuring every element of our venue operation runs with precision and polish. More than just managing the day-to-day, you hold the Lucky Voice flame, responsible for flawlessly delivering our brand values and creating a welcoming, personalised environment where every guest feels like a rock star. This is your chance to lead the charge, drive the best experiences, and create truly unforgettable moments that keep the party going until the early hours.

Responsibilities 


Guest Experience & Leadership: Drive exceptional customer service by leading shifts with a professional, super efficient, fun approach, personally resolving all guest complaints calmly and effectively.  Direct and motivate all team members, ensuring full compliance.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Actively maximise sales and revenue through motivating the team to achieve  budgeted spend per head targets, and introducing innovative products and ideas to maintain our leading edge in the karaoke market.

Financial Accountability: Complete all back of house financial paperwork and weekly reporting, including cashing up.  Exercise strict control over stock security, wastage elimination, and ensure profitability.

Operational Standards: Set, complete, and lead all assigned opening, closing, and shift-running duties, consistently maintaining the highest operational standards throughout the venue.

Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lucky Voice product, including an ever-evolving knowledge of new techniques and products. 

Compliance and Safety: Actively protect the venue's license to trade and the safety of all staff and customers by adhering to all company guidance and Health and Safety policies.

Venue Maintenance: Protect and maintain the fabric of the building through weekly and daily assessments and prompt communication of any issues to ensure the guest experience is never impacted.

Management Support and Reporting: Complete all assigned projects from the General Manager/Operations Manager and attend venue meetings, prepared to present financial reports and sales patterns.

Desirables 

  • At least one to two years of previous experience in a similar role 
  • Personal License holder
  • Competent in using EPOS and Booking platforms.
