We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic & driven Assistant General Manager to join our Soho venue. If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you! 

As an Assistant General Manager at Lucky Voice, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Highly organised and a natural communicator, you’ll support and inspire your team to deliver excellence while ensuring smooth, efficient operations across every shift.

• You have proven experience in a management role within a busy bar or hospitality environment

• You’re a strong leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team

• You’re passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• You have a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices

• You bring energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both team members and guests feel valued

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by being upbeat, friendly, professional, and efficient

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Lucky Voice offering

• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and drink trends

• Take financial responsibility for BOH administration and weekly reporting

• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company policies

• Uphold health and safety standards to protect both staff and guests

• Support and complete projects assigned by the General Manager or Head of Operations

• Attend weekly management meetings and set goals, projects, and challenges for the team

• Maintain the condition of the venue through regular checks and prompt issue reporting

• Drive innovation and introduce new ideas to keep Lucky Voice at the forefront of the karaoke experience market
