Firmdale Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Press Junket Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the prestigious Soho Hotel. As a Press Junket Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our high-profile junket events. You will work alongside and support the Group Press Junket Manager, managing all aspects of event coordination from inception to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure all details are flawlessly executed.
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Work closely with various departments, including Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Maintain high standards in every aspect of event management, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
