We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Events Waiter to join our highly successful team. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
As an Events Waiter you will work on an Ad Hoc basis which works for you depending on shift availability. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at our events.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Delivering food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
- Processing payments quickly and accurately
- Addressing guest requests and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised service area
What you Need:
- A team player with a keen willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- A passion for detail and ensuring the highest standards are met
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
