As an Events Waiter at Firmdale Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at our events.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Delivering food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
- Processing payments quickly and accurately
- Addressing guest requests and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised service area
What you Need:
- A team player with a keen willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- A passion for detail and ensuring the highest standards are met
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
