As a Press Junket Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting warmly with guests, taking their orders, and making personalised recommendations.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in your work area.
- Collaborating with your team to create a seamless dining experience.
What you Need:
- A keen and willing team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A passion for detail and delivering exceptional service.
- Enthusiasm and a genuine love for the hospitality industry.
