As a Host, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing a warm and inviting welcome to all our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and inspirational manner
- Building effortless relationships with guests to ensure a personalised dining experience
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
- Handling guest inquiries and providing detailed information about the menu and services
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the hosting area
- Assisting in creating a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for all guests
What you Need:
- A keen willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
- Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- A passion for detail and commitment to excellence
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
