Are you a confident and engaging communicator with a passion for delivering excellent service? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key member of our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel, part of the renowned Firmdale Hotels group.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be an essential part of our front office team, ensuring our guests receive impeccable service throughout the night. Your role involves managing the reception desk, handling guest inquiries, and providing a seamless check-in and check-out process. You will be the face of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials and supplies.
  • Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
