We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Receptionist to join our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel. As a vital member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. Your confident and engaging communication skills will help deliver inspirational service that exceeds guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest needs and enhance their experience.
- Maintain an organised and tidy front desk area.
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
