Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Firmdale Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Supervisor to join our prestigious team at The Soho Hotel.

As a Reception Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive. You will lead and inspire our front office team, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and efficient.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and supporting the reception team to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Training and mentoring new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintaining impeccable presentation and adhering to the highest standards of hospitality.

  • Proven supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
