Located in the heart of London, The Soho Hotel is a vibrant and stylish destination that combines bold, contemporary design with the highest standards of comfort and service. Each of our uniquely styled rooms offers guests a distinct experience, making every stay memorable.
As a Room Attendant at The Soho Hotel, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our exquisitely designed rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests, contributing to their overall exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the housekeeping management team.
- Assisting guests with any requests or queries they may have during their stay.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service and a pleasant working environment.
What you Need:
- A keen eye for detail to ensure our rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing our guests’ experiences.
- Ability to efficiently manage your tasks and time to ensure prompt and thorough room servicing.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with guests and team members professionally and courteously.
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

- Competitive hourly rate of £15.50 - £17.00 inclusive of service charge.
