The Soho Hotel, part of the renowned Firmdale Hotels group, is looking for a dedicated Night Public Area Cleaner to join our esteemed housekeeping team. As a Night Public Area Cleaner, you will be an integral part of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet our impeccable 5-star standards. This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of a friendly, ambitious, and hardworking team.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Ensuring all public areas are spotless and welcoming.
- Keeping back-of-house areas clean and organized.
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
- Working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve outstanding results.
What you Need:
- A keen eye for cleanliness and precision.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised.
- Clear and effective communication with team members and guests.
- Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent customer experiences.
- Capability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
