Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining exceptional standards? We have an exciting opportunity for a Floor Housekeeper to join our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel, part of the renowned Firmdale Hotels.

As a Floor Housekeeper at The Soho Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and the Head Housekeeper to manage and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during your shift.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to perfection.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.
- Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
