We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team at The Soho Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our kitchen team, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
What you Need:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques.
- A passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
