Are you passionate about creating delicious and beautiful pastries? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our prestigious Soho Hotel as a part time Pastry Commis Chef!

As a Pastry Commis Chef at the Soho Hotel, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team. You will work closely with our experienced pastry chefs to create a variety of exquisite pastries and desserts that delight our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive and creative environment.
Please note this is a part time role of 3 days per week (27 hours).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to our standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Contribute to menu development and the creation of new pastry offerings
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality products
- A genuine passion for pastry and culinary arts
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
