As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the smooth operation of your section and contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring each dish meets our high standards.
- Supervising and mentoring a small team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
- Upholding strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and other team members to create innovative and enticing menu items.
- Maintaining organisational and communication skills to effectively manage your section during busy service periods.
What you Need:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and lead by example.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and grow.
