We are currently seeking an ambitious and adaptable Operations Duty Manager to join our team at The Soho Hotel. As the Operations Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with department heads across Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen to maintain our high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team.
- Continuously monitor and uphold our service standards.
- Ensure the security of the hotel across all departments.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks.
- Deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Establish strong and professional relationships with guests.
- Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members.
- Provide operational support to all departments as needed.
- Meet and greet VIP guests, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their stay.
What you Need:
- Previous experience as a Head of Department or Duty Manager within a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Resilience and determination to achieve excellence.
- Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
