Expos will be responsible for acting as the liaison between front of house employees and back of house employees
regarding the preparation and delivery of food to the guests. They will be responsible for coordinating with the
kitchen to ensure dishes are being prepared to the guest’s specifications.
In addition they will be expected to communicate with the front of house staff to ensure the dishes leave the kitchen
in a timely manner. After completing a comprehensive training program, expos will be expected to maintain detailed
