We’re always looking to bring people on board who love food & drink as much as we do, bringing London locals the very best & fresh food, coffee, craft beers & small producer wines we can find.

Our Baristas bring our Markets to life, not only through caffeine but also through their personality! They deliver exceptional quality coffee every single time to our brand standards in a friendly, knowledgeable and industry leading manner. Within the busy station environment, great speed skills and outstanding coffee standards are a must!

Ideal Candidates:
- Experience of working with coffee in a coffee shop / deli / market environment
- Can do positive attitude
- Remain friendly at all time with colleagues and customers
- Ability to multitask & work time pressure
- Have a genuine interest in great food and drink
- Enjoys being ‘hands on’ and self motivated
- A desire to learn from, evolve with and add value to Sourced Market
- Sourced Market promises.
- £8.25 - £9 p/h for starting rate for all new Baristas, dependent on experience demonstrated at trial shift
- Guaranteed 32 hours per week for full time employees (16 for part time)
- 50% Staff Discount
- Generous on shift meal allowance (£7.50 per shift, worth up to £1,950 per year)
