Sourced Market is an independent company who source & showcase high quality produce from the UK & beyond. We support the small, artisan producers who do things the right way & love what they do. We’re always looking to bring people on board who love food & drink as much as we do, bringing London locals the very best & fresh food, coffee, craft beers & small producer wines we can find.

Our Team Members are at the heart of our Markets and we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who enjoy great food, coffee and booze to join our Team.

You will be working across the departments below over the course of your first year. All departments include till work, working with food and drinks, as well as direct interaction with customers to maintain a homely and welcoming environment.

All of our Market Team Members must have the following traits:
- Can do positive attitude
- Remain friendly at all time with colleagues and customers
- Ability to multitask & work time pressure
- Have a genuine interest in great food and drink
- A desire to learn from, evolve with and add value to Sourced Market
- Sourced Market promises all employees:
- £8.25 p/h for all new Team Members
- Guaranteed 32 hours per week for full time employees (16 for part time)
- 50% Staff Discount
- Generous on shift meal allowance (£7.50 per shift, worth up to £1,950 per year)
