The Role…

A rare opportunity has arisen, for an experienced Sales & Events Manager to join the team at Harbour Hotel Southampton.

This is a fixed term contract, covering Maternity Leave, with the ideal candidate starting in August 2025.

As Sales & Events Manager, you will have a proven track record in functions and events proactive sales in a hotel environment, with a passion and drive to take the business forward. You will need to be an effective communicator with a warm and welcoming personality, have exceptional attention to detail, an immaculate presentation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

We are looking for a strong individual to manage and support the team to achieve financial targets.

Harbour Hotel Southampton stands proud in Ocean Village Marina, this ‘super-yacht’ of a building is the only luxury five-star hotel & Spa in Southampton.

Boasting 119 bedrooms and suites,  a renowned rooftop bar, restaurant & terrace on the sixth floor and an award-winning restaurant with perfect views on the water’s edge. The hotel also hosts impressive event space on the 1st floor with flexible capacity of up to 350 guests, alongside our luxury HarSpa - featuring pool, treatment rooms and state-of-the-art gym - to name a few features.
