We have a superb opportunity for a Full Time Spa Receptionist/Leisure Attendant to join the team.
As Spa Receptionist/Leisure Attendant, your duties will include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, show rounds, cashing up and general day-to-day spa reception duties, taking weekly Classes, providing gym inductions & selling memberships.
You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
You will Ideally have a Level 2 qualification in fitness instructing and class qualifications.
