The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Sommelier to join the restaurant team.
As Sommelier you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Work as a team in setting up, ordering and preparing wine stock before service begins. Develop a high level of knowledge about our wine menus and share your opinions on the best drink and food partnerships.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
and flair for hospitality are essential. Advanced wine knowledge, preferably a
level 2 WSET qualification. Excellence command of spoken and written English.
