About The Jetty…
Located within the award-winning Harbour Hotel Southampton, The Jetty is a 2 AA Rosette seafood restaurant, renowned for its fresh, seasonal menus and stunning waterfront views. As one of the city’s top dining destinations, The Jetty is known for its exceptional service, stylish ambiance, and vibrant cocktail and wine offering. We’re proud to deliver outstanding hospitality to both hotel guests and local diners alike.

The role…
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Waiter or Waitress to join our dynamic restaurant team at The Jetty. You will need previous experience working in a high-quality food and beverage setting, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Key attributes we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a high-end restaurant or similar environment

• A passion for food, wine, and top-tier guest service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure

• Attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality
