Our stunning Harbour Hotel Southampton is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team, overseeing the thriving operational departments of this 120 bedroom hotel with two restaurants, a busy meetings and events space and luxury spa.
As part of Harbour Hotels commitment to develop within, this role is a stepping stone to being a General Manager, so would ideally suit a senior experienced Head of department within a large property looking to progress into their first Operations Managent role. OR an Operations Manager looking for a larger more prestigious hotel with ambitions to become a General Manager in the future.
As a 5 star hotel in the luxury lifestyle sector, the ideal candidate has a good understanding of service delivery, developing teams, managing all commercial aspects of this busy and successful hotel. Leadership skills are key to this role with a strong team of department heads to motivate and inspire, ensuring all targets are met and exceeded, whilst being a true people’s champion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel operations, that demonstrates successfully managing high volume F&B, large events and knowledge of front office, rooms and spa operations, whilst looking like a future General Manager within the luxury lifestyle hospitality sector.
