The role of Senior Chef de Partie: 

  • Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring that dishes are executed to perfection and in accordance with established standards.  
  • Take responsibility for maintaining impeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.                                  
  • Cook seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients.

As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll bring:                                                                                      

  • Experience in a busy and organised kitchen, with the ability to support multiple sections and guide a team of junior chefs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, calm approach under pressure and sense of collaboration – you’re our greatest asset!
