We're seeking a passionate Spa Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily spa operations and team performance
  • Manage guest bookings, retail sales, and reception training
  • Maintain high standards of service and treatment quality
  • Support wellness workshops and spa events
  • Monitor inventory, place orders and assist with reporting
  • Lead by example in grooming, professionalism, and team communication
What you bring:
  • Experience in a luxury spa or wellness centre
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, guest-focus mindset
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to excellence
