The Urban Escape includes 6 treatment rooms (two of them for couples) offering a wide range of restorative, purposeful therapies for city-dwellers on the move
What you will do:
- Handle Spa reservations efficiently, offering advice on treatment selection, providing guests with appointment lists and highlighting Spa policies.
- Check in/out guests in accordance to required standard.
- Conduct Spa tours for visitors and provide accurate and relevant information.
- Close sales at the end of day.
- Be informative of retail product to help promote sales, offering assistance to guests who patronize the retail outlet.
- Carry out month end stock count.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception, retail and back office areas.
- Experience working within a spa/wellness environment is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Reception Department is preferred.
- Experience working in hotel management systems (Fidelio, Opera) and spa software systems (E.g Reservation Assistant) is preferred.
- Possess a genuine passion for guest service and excellent standards
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
- Personable, professional and engaging with impeccable manners
