COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.

COMO Shambhala Urban Escape has a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Manager to join our team. COMO Shambhala advocates proactive holistic wellness with a vision that encompasses healthy eating, exercise and self-development, with various inspirational locations worldwide.

The Role

As Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of COMO Shambhala, ensuring a seamless guest journey and delivering the highest standards of service. You will lead a dedicated team, curate wellness experiences, and drive business performance while embodying the COMO philosophy of mindful living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the wellness team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Ensure all treatments, guest experiences, and retail offerings reflect COMO Shambhala’s holistic ethos.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and revenue targets with strategic foresight.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate teams to promote COMO Shambhala initiatives.
  • Host and coordinate visiting practitioners, retreats, and wellness events.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sustainability standards in all aspects of the operation.
  • Drive innovation through training, development, and guest engagement.

  • Proven leadership in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
  • Deep understanding of holistic wellness practices and guest-centered service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to excellence.
