COMO Shambhala Urban Escape has a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Therapist from a luxury hospitality, health and wellness or fitness environment to join our team. COMO Shambhala advocates proactive holistic wellness with a vision that encompasses healthy eating, exercise and self-development, with various inspirational locations worldwide. The 5 star COMO Shambhala Urban Escape offers travellers a calming metropolitan oasis in which to recover. The Urban Escape includes 6 treatment rooms (two of them for couples) offering a wide range of restorative, purposeful therapies for city-dwellers on the move
What you will do:
- Carry out a variety of massage and beauty treatments including therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Guinot and Dr hauschka Facials.
- Ensure every guest receives service of the very highest standard, providing caring and professional service and a high level of attention to detail
- Maintaining high standards in treatment rooms in accordance with hygiene requirements and the Como Shambhala experience
- Optimise spa revenue through product and treatment knowledge and superior customer service
- Be a proactive team member, supportive of your colleagues and working together to achieve a memorable guest experience
Who you are:
- Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in massage or beauty therapy
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in the Beauty Industry
- Possess a genuine passion for guest service and excellent standards
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to put these to great effect serving guests and maximising revenue
- Be personable, professional and engaging with impeccable manners
- Possess immaculate grooming and presentation
