What you’ll be doing?
As Assistant Spa Manager, you will take day to day responsibility for the Reception desk, diary management and general spa operations, including overseeing the team of Therapists, Receptionists & any General Assistants.
Your aim will be to continually surpass customer expectations and to lead the team to deliver the very best in guest experience. You will share your personal passion and knowledge, to develop the team, encouraging personal progression and training opportunities.
You willcontribute to driving sales and revenue, budget management, stock control andreporting on the Spa's financial performance, to include: treatments, retailand membership
What you’ll need?
You will have progressed from a therapist background into a Supervisory or Management role in a similar environment within a luxury spa or hotel. You will be able to demonstrate your abilities around driving new ideas to improve the guest experience as well as examples of how you have contributed to the development of a team.
Most important is to understand a luxury spa environment and be able to inspire & motivate a team to deliver a ‘5 bubble spa rating’ guest experience.
