We are looking for an inspiring Spa Operations Manager to join our Spa leadership team — someone who thrives on being present, visible and truly connected to both guests and colleagues. About The Role

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will play a central role in the daily operation of the Spa, spending the majority of your time within the reception and treatment areas. You will support teams as service unfolds, oversee the seamless flow of the guest journey, and ensure treatment standards, service delivery and presentation consistently reflect the calm confidence and exacting standards of the Bvlgari brand.

This role offers a unique balance of people leadership, operational excellence and guest connection. You will coach and mentor reception and therapist teams on the floor, safeguard exceptional treatment quality, support retail and revenue performance, coordinate training and SOP excellence, and act as a trusted senior presence — including providing leadership cover and Duty Management support when required.

Above all, you will help create an environment where both guests and colleagues feel genuinely cared for, supported and inspired to deliver the very highest levels of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being a visible, supportive leader on the Spa floor across reception and treatment areas
  • Ensuring a seamless, personalised and emotionally engaging guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Supporting reception and therapist teams during peak periods and complex service situations
  • Upholding exceptional treatment standards, hygiene, presentation and brand compliance
  • Coaching teams in real time on service behaviours, retail confidence and luxury standards
  • Coordinating training, SOP implementation and brand immersion
  • Supporting retail, utilisation and revenue performance through service‑led selling
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stepping into senior leadership and Duty Management responsibilities when required
