Description
As a Spa Attendant at Bvlgari Hotel London, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional luxury wellness experience for our guests. Working within our award-winning Spa, you will ensure that all guest areas are impeccably maintained, fully stocked, and presented to the highest standards while providing warm, discreet, and professional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards of all male spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and fitness facilities.
- Ensure spa amenities, towels, robes, and guest supplies are replenished and readily available throughout the day.
- Conduct regular inspections of spa areas and promptly address any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, assisting with enquiries and directing them to the appropriate facilities.
- Support therapists, fitness staff, and the wider spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain spa equipment and facilities, reporting any faults or concerns to management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa.Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, spa, health club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
