About the Role
This summer, a new coastal escape is arriving in Lymington. Inspired by the relaxed luxury and effortless style of The Hamptons, the Nici Hotel will offer a destination spa experience focused on wellbeing, calm, and coastal rejuvenation.

We are looking for passionate Spa Therapists to join our founding team and help shape the spa experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the opening of a new luxury hotel, delivering exceptional treatments in a beautiful seaside setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to the highest standards

• Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests

• Provide expert advice on treatments, skincare, and wellness products

• Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards within treatment rooms

• Support the spa reception and guest journey when required

• Contribute to a positive team culture within the spa and wider hotel

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Spa or Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

• Experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment is desirable

• Excellent guest service and communication skills

• A calm, professional, and positive approach

• Passion for wellbeing and delivering memorable guest experiences

• Flexibility to work weekends and peak seasonal periods
