We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Spa Manager to lead our spa operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and the highest standards of service delivery.

As Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the spa, manage and develop your team, drive revenue opportunities, and create a welcoming and luxurious environment for both guests and members.

• Lead and manage the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury service standards.
• Drive spa revenue through treatments, memberships, retail sales, and promotions.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and team development.
• Monitor budgets, targets, and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Maintain the presentation and operational standards of all spa facilities.
• Build strong relationships with hotel departments to enhance the overall guest journey.

• Previous experience in a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially minded with experience driving revenue and achieving targets.
• Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and guest service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within a luxury hotel or spa environment is highly desirable.
